Question : How is the payment schedule?

Answer :

• When you book, and at least 60 days prior to tour start: 500 (five hundred) Euros booking fee.
• 30 days prior to tour start: the balance.
• For bookings made in a period less than 60 days prior to tour start the full price has to be paid (contact us for special cases).

Question : Is there a guarantee I will get refunded if the tour doesn't take place, or you disappear?

Answer : Unicorn Adventures Ltd complies to the following regulations:

• Directive 90/314/CEE on travels, holidays and tours and tour operators in the EEC
• And to the package travel, package holidays and package tours regulations de 1992 in Europe and the UK where Unicorn Adventures Ltd head quarter is based.

These regulations enforce that your monies have to be protected until the completion of the tour. As such Unicorn Adventures Ltd will provide to each customer a personal insurance document prior to departure. If a tour operator does not comply to these rules, be aware that your monies are not protected.

Question : In case of cancellation how is the refunding working?
