Day
1: The tour starts in the evening with a nice
dinner to welcome you and help you meet the other
tour members and guides.
Day
2: The "warm-up" day starts with the briefing.
Each guide/coach will spend a bit of time with each
tour member to understand her/his needs and objectives
and define validation points to assess her/his progress
over the tour. After that it's a short ride to St
Tropez on some of the local twisty roads. After
lunch the tour goes on with a ride along the coast
to Bormes les Mimosas from where a very exciting
road with excellent pavement and superb curves will
be experienced. As the group gets more in the rhythm
it is time to hop from one hill to the next one,
through their passes before riding back to St Raphaël
for dinner and a good rest.
Day
3: After a quick personal review of the objectives
and assess progress and improvements the group will
ride north to reach the south side of the Verdon
Canyon, one of the most visited/ridden scenery and
road in Provence. After lunch a bit more Verdon
Canyon but on the north side before riding a bit
of the Napoleon Road. The end of the afternoon will
be dedicated to inland Provence roads.
Day
4: As the previous day we will start with a
briefing and objectives review. To start the ride
the "Adrets" road will take us to some of the very
twisty roads towards the North East and Alps foot.
After a light lunch, more curves and lovely sceneries
to enjoy a comfy ride and your improved skills.
The last part of the tour will be along the coast
with its red rocks diving in the turquoise sea.
Before the last dinner you will have a debriefing
with your guide/coach.
